Our Story

Born and raised in Switzerland our baker Nicolas grew up with bread being a staple of most meals. At the age of 19 Nicolas immigrated to Canada to pursue his passion of hockey and eventually relocated to Sudbury, Ontario to play for Laurentian University. After graduating in 2015 he continued a different career path until he was gifted a KitcheAid mixer in 2020 from his partner. With that, the love and passion for Sourdough started. Now we are happy to share this delicious passion with the community of Sudbury.
